Because some products are fulfilled by trusted partner brands through Shopify Collective, return and refund eligibility may vary depending on the item purchased.

Returns

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@simplypawstreats.com.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Certain pet products, treats, supplements, or consumable items may not be eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons
